Description

Amid the Mediterranean hills in the valley between Comares and Riogordo lies this charming Cortijo. This single-storey house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite. Next to the main house is a small casita recently renovated into guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
We arrive at the property and park in a spacious car park. The property is easily accessible and only the last part of the road takes us along a dirt track.
Through the garden we enter the covered terrace, from where you can overlook the green valley and completely relax. Further down this terrace we enter the main house, which has many authentic elements including the terracotta tiled floor and wooden joinery with shutters. A wood burning fireplace and air conditioning provide the necessary heating/cooling. The living room leads to the classic Andalusian kitchen, it is equipped with all appliances. Next to the living area, a small corridor leads to the bedrooms. There is 1 spacious bedroom with separate bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
Next to the house, a modern 'Ibiza style' outdoor kitchen with dining space was recently provided. The casita was also recently and very stylishly renovated into guest bedroom with private bathroom.
This house does not have a swimming pool, but in the garden between the main house and the casita is a covered terrace with jacuzzi. You can enjoy this in both summer and winter.
Slightly lower down in the garden is a concrete platform where there used to be an above-ground swimming pool.
The garden is large with several places where you can make seats or terraces. There are already several fruit trees such as lemon, mango and quince.
