The house is split into two floors. From the private parking area, stairs lead down to the covered terrace which gives access to the house. The covered terrace offers enough space for dining and relaxing with a beautiful view of the garden and the Mediterranean Sea. Next to the terrace is an outdoor kitchen and an additional storage room. On the first floor of the house there is a cozy living room with fireplace and kitchen. Next to the living room is a bedroom with a bathroom en-suite.
The staircase in the living room leads to the second floor of the house. Here you will find the second bedroom with built-in closet and adjacent bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom has another door leading to the upper terrace of the house. This terrace is also covered and offers enough space to dine and relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the garden, pool, and sea.

Next to the covered terrace on the first floor, stairs lead down. Along the terrace with several vines are the solar panels of this house. A little further down is the private pool with outdoor shower. In the garden there are several mature fruit trees that give delicious fruits, such as lemons, figs, and different kinds of avocados.
