Located in the mountains of Torrox is this spacious villa with fantastic views over the Mediterranean. The villa has three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The villa is well maintained with enough space both inside and outside to enjoy all seasons in Spain.

We reach the villa via a well-paved road. We step out at the front of the house. The parking area offers enough space to park several cars and is surrounded by beautiful (palm)trees. The large green wooden doors give us access to the spacious covered terrace with enough space for a dining table and lounge to enjoy and relax in the shade. The sun room near the house is remarkable, with a nice view through to the other side of the plot. Around the house is a large tiled terrace which takes you all over the property.
We walk through to the left past the house and find the beautiful 10x4 swimming pool and sun terrace in the shade of the palms. The terrace offers beautiful wide views over the sea. At the edge of the plot is a romantic arbour where you can enjoy the view and the rising morning sun. Back to the house is a covered outdoor kitchen, guest toilet and separate shower. Walking through, we find another spacious covered storage room and separate shed which brings us back to the front of the villa.
Through the sunroom, we enter the house and find ourselves in the centre of the villa. To the right, we find a long dining table that offers enough space for a large family or friends to enjoy the most delicious dishes and good conversations. At the far end of the dining table, we find the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the covered outdoor terrace and lounge. To the left we find the spacious living room overlooking the terrace, pool and sea. Also located on the ground floor is the first bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate guest toilet.
Stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a bedroom on both the left and right, each with a bathroom en-suite. The bedroom at the front of the house has access to a spacious terrace with views over the mountains and the sea. On the way to the bedroom at the back of the house, we find another separate terrace with views over the pool, the sun terrace, the outdoor kitchen and the sea. The third bedroom is at the back of the house; a round room that feels like a romantic tower room, again with views over the sea and pool.
The bedrooms and living room are all air-conditioned.
