Surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Colmenar and Solano, we find this unique cortijo with separate guest house and garage. The main house includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and separate kitchen. The guest house with its own entrance has one bedroom, bathroom, living room and separate kitchen. In front of the plot is the spacious private pool with beautiful views over the countryside and Montes de Malaga natural park.

We drive along the well-paved road past the metal gates and park in front of the house, where there is room for several cars to park. What immediately strikes us is the peace and quiet, the views over the Montes de Malaga natural park and the swimming pool. We immediately walk to the swimming pool with its spacious sun terrace and enjoy the views and tranquillity.
When we walk back we look at the house; an authentic country-style cortijo with charming elements. Along the right side of the house we find the entrance to the main house and a little further on the entrance to the separate guest house.
Once in the main house, we find ourselves in the entrance lounge, the heart of the cortijo. This space provides access to the first bathroom, the first bedroom, the living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The patio doors in the living room provide access to the covered terrace, where there is enough space for a lounge and dining area to enjoy the tranquillity and nature. Through the living room there is a corridor that gives access to the other two bedrooms of the house, with the associated bathroom in the middle.
Leaving the main house and walking to the left, we reach the separate entrance to the guest house. The gate gives access to the spacious garden, belonging to this second house. In the garden we find beautiful plants and fragrant jasmine bushes. The garden offers enough space for a (covered) lounge and dining area. We enter the house and enter the fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a corridor providing access to the bathroom, bedroom and living room. Attached to the living room we find an additional laundry room with separate toilet.
The guest house is air-conditioned.
Walking back to the cars, we find a separate driveway leading to the garage. This garage offers enough space to park a car and store such things.
